Crazy Parrot Group, EU VAT ID FI20239641, runs the Jenni Tuhkanen Photography webshop. The prices stated include the applicable value-added tax. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products and delivery costs.
Placing an order
To place an order, go to the webshop at https://www.jennituhkanen.com/shop/ and add the product(s) you want to the cart. After you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. To receive the order confirmation, you must provide your valid email address when placing the order. By placing an order, you accept the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placing the order and commit to following them.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order and delivery at the webshop using Finnish online banks or bank or credit cards. Alternatively, you can select the Klarna invoice or partial payments (where applicable) or PayPal.
Delivery
The Post will deliver your products to your closest pick-up point. You will receive a tracking code when your parcel is shipped. At the moment, we deliver products ordered at the webshop to Finland and other EU countries. If you want to have your order delivered to a non-EU country, please send an email to jenni@jennituhkanen.com.
Delivery time
Unless otherwise stated, the products are made on order. We process orders during business days. The delivery times depend on the production time of each product. You will find estimated delivery times for each product in the relevant product description. If your orders include several products with different delivery times, your order will be shipped when all products are ready. Any disruptions in the postal services may affect the delivery time. If your order is urgent or you wish for a later delivery, please email us.
Delivery fees
The delivery fees, which amount to EUR 5.90 to Finland and EUR 19.90 to the rest of the EU
countries, cover shipping and packaging. The delivery fees are added to the sum of the order at the
checkout.
Right of exchange and return
You have the right to change your mind and return or exchange the product within 14 days of its receipt under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right applies to unused products that are in their original packaging and fit for sale. The right does not cover custom-made products. If you wish to change or return your product, send an email to jenni@jennituhkanen.com as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days of the receipt of the products.
Delivery issues and defective products
If the product you have ordered goes missing or is damaged during transportation, is otherwise defective, or you receive a wrong product, please notify us immediately by sending an email to jenni@jennituhkanen.com. Please note, however, that you should notify us about any defects detected in the product within 14 days of the reception of the defective product.
If the parcel has been damaged during transportation, also file a complaint with the postal service/courier that delivered your parcel.
General
We reserve the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order at the webshop, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions that are valid at the time of placing the order, accept them and commit to following them. We process any personal data that you disclose when placing your order confidentially. For more information on the way we process your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Statement.
